Retaining Loyal Customers

It’s in every company’s best interests to retain their loyal customers, and many organisations lose around 50% of customers every 5 years. You may think that’s normal because you’ll be getting new customers to replace, them but the fact is it’s cheaper to retain customers than it is to find new ones.

Do you feel as though you can provide your customers with a better service, if so, do it. Customers move on and they may never return so you need to make sure they’re 100 percent satisfied when they purchase from you, because they’ll soon move on to a competitor.

Retaining your existing customers should be top of your priority list, and if it isn’t then you need to go back to the drawing board to formulate a plan that will help you keep more of those loyal clients.
