If you have a large twitter following or plenty of Facebook fans, then you could spread the message about your latest job vacancy, while LinkedIn allows you to create proper job listings for thousands of professionals to see (at a cost).

Social media networks can be a real driving force in finding the right individual, and even if you’re using a recruitment agency, you should always be doing a bit of social media posting on the side. Social media can help you fill your positions and if you’re not willing to fork out expensive agency fees then it’s the perfect place to start your hunt for a new member of staff.

Many companies use social media to find new team members and people who are connected with your business can share the posts to spread the reach even further, and it’s a cheap way to advertise your listings.
